We're a Florida nonprofit — your neighbors, your community — and our mission is simple: connect the generosity of donors like you with families in our state who need reliable transportation. Through our $1 charitable raffle and our Vehicle Assistance Program, every dollar you give goes directly toward making that happen.
How It Works
Three ways to be part of something good.
1.) Enter the raffle for just $1
For as little as one dollar, you get a chance to win a donated vehicle — while your entry funds our program that gives cars directly to families who need them. It's the most fun you'll ever have being charitable.
2.) We restore and deliver vehicles.
Every donated vehicle is inspected and — thanks to our incredible partner mechanics who donate their time and parts — brought to safe, reliable condition before it ever reaches a family.
3.) A family's life changes.
Qualified recipients receive vehicle assistance through our program — whether that's a direct donation, a subsidized purchase, or a financial assistance grant. Real help, for real people, right here in Florida.

Do you have a used vehicle sitting in the driveway that you're ready to pass along? Maybe it runs great but you just upgraded, or it needs a little work and you're not sure what to do with it. Either way — we'd love to give it a second life with a family who truly needs it.
Donating your vehicle to $1Car.com, Inc. is easy, free, and meaningful. We'll arrange pickup at no cost to you, our partner mechanics will restore it to road-ready condition, and it will be placed with a qualifying Florida family through our Vehicle Assistance Program.
And here's the sweet part — it's a tax write-off!
As a soon to be registered 509(a)(2) nonprofit, your vehicle donation may qualify as a charitable tax deduction. We'll provide you with an official IRS-compliant acknowledgment letter within 30 days of your donation's transfer or sale. For vehicles valued over $500, we'll also issue IRS Form 1098-C so you have everything you need at tax time. We recommend chatting with your tax advisor to confirm your specific deduction — but yes, doing good can save you money too. That's a win-win we love.

Direct Vehicle Donation
Qualifying families receive a donated, restored vehicle completely free of charge. No strings. Just keys.
Subsidized Purchase
For families with some means, we offer vehicles at a fraction of market value — sometimes as low as $250 — with flexible payment plans.
Financial Assistance Grant
Found a car but need help buying it? We can fund your purchase directly — paid to the seller — so you can get on the road.
